The Welcome Reception planning sub-committee is responsible for organizing the annual Greenbuild Wednesday night Welcome Gala. This event, accommodating approximately 1000 guests, will provide food, beverage and entertainment with a focus on the local Boston flavor. Sub-committee members will work with the U.S. Green Building Council to define the program and the scope of the event as well as work with other planning sub-committees such as Sponsorship and Volunteers. This group will help create materials for the website and registration mailer to best describe and sell the event and will be responsible for acting as the Host/Hostess during the event.
